How project enquiry information is used when you contact Red Link through this website.
Website enquiry data
When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, business email, telephone (if supplied), company, site location, chosen services, timeline and project description. We save your enquiry with a reference number so the Red Link team can review and respond to it.
Purpose and access
We use this information to evaluate your project request, provide a proposal or follow-up, and manage correspondence. Submitted enquiries are available in a password-protected administrator inbox. We do not include analytics tracking software in this website package. Google Fonts, if enabled in your browser, may contact Google's servers.
Email notifications
If Red Link enables SMTP notifications on the hosting server, new enquiries may also be forwarded to the designated Red Link business mailbox. The backend stores submitted enquiries even when notification email delivery is unavailable.
Storage and security
The production backend stores data in a private directory outside the publicly accessible website folder. The administrator inbox requires authentication. Transport security depends on HTTPS being enabled on the deployed domain. No web system guarantees absolute security.
Retention and removal
Enquiries remain in the administration inbox until an authorized administrator deletes them. Contact Red Link using the details below for correction or deletion requests, subject to applicable legal and business record requirements.
